A Visit to the Cohoes Central Firehouse

Here the boys learned how fireman are equipped to fight fires. "I can't imagine wearing all that heavy stuff and trying to fight a fire at the same time!"

"Look at all those controls!" "I never knew there was so much to learn about fighting fires!"

We would like to extend thanks to all the men of the Cohoes Central Firehouse
who showed us around the firehouse, taught us about fighting fires, saving lives and fire safety.
And especially for keeping our friends and families, our community, and
our City of Cohoes safe from the threat of fire.
